Menu

Hello all!!
WOW! This has been a long two weeks! Winn-Dixie had some great deals on meat this week! I got 3.75lbs of hamburger meat, Ground Chuck, for $11! I rolled over a couple of meals from the previous weeks because family had us over for dinner one night, and we ate at church two different nights. My total bill was $148.07. Here is my menu:

Week 1
Chicken Nachos
Chicken Pot Pie
Grilled Pork Tenerloin - w/ baked beans and salad
Country Fried Steak - w/ mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits
Potato Soup - w/ cornbread

Week 2
Pork Chops - w/ fried okra (our favorite), peas
Tacos
Manicotti - w/ salad and garlic bread
Chicken and Dumplings
Southwestern Stew
Hot Dogs - what a dinner! =D

Chicken Nachos
2 Chicken Breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 jar pace picanti mild sauce
3T Taco seasoning
1/2 c Sour Cream
Combine in crock pot and cook on high for 4-6hrs. Serve over nachos with your choice of cheese. I use the kind found in the deli section of Winn-Dixie, it is called Gordo's Cheese dip.

Chicken Pot Pie
2 chicken breasts cooked in crock pot
2 cans green beans
2 cans corn
2 cans potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt to taste
1 pkg Pilsbury roll out pie crust
Place one pie crust in botton of pyrex baking dish. Combine all indegredients in bowl. Pour in pyrex dish. Cover with the other pie crust. Bake according to pie crust package.
